Our NDIS Services

Ways we support your goals

Our NDIS services are designed around what matters most to you. Whether it’s support at home, out in the community, or building confidence and skills, we tailor everything to fit your life

NDIS services that feel personal

Not your average provider

We’re a family-run team, and that shows in how we do things. Our approach is based on real relationships, consistency, and listening properly. You won’t be shuffled between workers or left waiting for answers. Instead, you’ll get reliable support from people who know you, understand the NDIS, and genuinely care about making your day-to-day life easier.

We focus on the small details that make a big difference, and we work across Adelaide with people of all ages and support needs. If you’re tired of feeling like just another name on a list, we’re a provider worth talking to.

Community Access

We support you to explore your local area, attend appointments, join social activities, and connect with the community in a way that’s safe, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable.

In-Home Care

Support that fits into your everyday

We help make daily life more manageable and comfortable at home. Whether it’s lending a hand with personal care, cooking meals, keeping things tidy, or setting up useful equipment around the house, our in-home supports are practical, respectful, and shaped around your preferences. You stay in control – we just make things a bit easier along the way.

Supported Independent Living

We offer Supported Independent Living (SIL) options for people who want more independence while still having day-to-day support available. Whether you’re living with others or on your own, we’ll help with things like meal prep, personal care, routines, and building daily skills – all while respecting your space and choices. Our aim is to create a safe, comfortable home where you feel in control and supported.

Our support with daily personal activities is about helping you manage everyday routines while keeping things comfortable and respectful. This includes assistance with tasks like bathing, dressing, getting ready for the day, eating, or managing personal hygiene. We work with you to make sure support fits your preferences, your space, and your pace – with familiar faces you can count on.

We can take care of those everyday jobs around the home that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether it’s cleaning, doing laundry, preparing meals, or keeping your space organised, we’ll help keep your home running smoothly. It’s not just about completing chores – it’s about making sure your space feels safe, comfortable, and like your own.

Sometimes the right tools make all the difference. We can help you find, set up and use assistive products that make it easier to manage household tasks on your own – from modified kitchen tools to safety equipment in the bathroom. It’s all about creating a more accessible and manageable space that suits your needs.

Capacity Building

Helping you grow your independence

Our capacity building services focus on practical skills that support your independence, confidence, and daily decision-making. From developing life skills to preparing for work or navigating your NDIS plan, we work alongside you to build knowledge and experience in a way that feels relevant and achievable.

Support Coordination

Understanding and managing your NDIS plan can feel complicated – but it doesn’t have to be. Our Support Coordination team works with you to make sure your services are the right fit, that you’re getting the most out of your plan, and that everything runs smoothly. We can help with referrals, liaising with providers, solving issues, and making your plan work better for you.

If your goal is to get into work or build a career, we’ll support you every step of the way. That could mean help preparing a CV, practising for interviews, or getting the right supports in place at your workplace. We can also help you keep your job by working through challenges and adjusting support as things change.

We support you to build everyday skills that increase your independence and confidence. This can include things like cooking, budgeting, personal organisation, communication, or learning to use public transport. We tailor everything to your interests and goals, and work with you at a pace that feels right – so the skills stick and actually make life easier.

Community Access

Out and about, on your terms

Whether you want to explore new places, meet new people, or simply enjoy everyday outings with support, our community access services are designed to help you stay connected. We support you to get involved in local activities, attend events, or just enjoy time outside the house — with the right level of assistance to make it all feel comfortable and manageable.

Community Participation

We help you get out and do more of what you enjoy – whether it’s attending a class, joining a social group, volunteering, or just going out for a coffee. It’s about getting involved in your community on your terms, building confidence, and making everyday life more connected and fulfilling.

Our group and centre-based supports are a chance to socialise, try new things, and connect with others in a supportive setting. Activities vary depending on interests – from arts and games to learning sessions and outings. We keep things relaxed, inclusive and flexible so everyone can join in at their own pace.

Whether you need to get to medical appointments, work, social events or just around town, we offer reliable travel and transport assistance. We can drive you, support you on public transport, or help build your confidence to get around independently. Getting there shouldn’t be a barrier – and we’ll make sure it’s not.
