Can you help me understand my NDIS plan?

Yes, we can. We understand that NDIS plans can sometimes be overwhelming, especially if you’re new to the system or your plan has recently changed. 

At Dynamite Care, we can help you go through your plan step-by-step and explain what each part means in practical terms. We’ll help you identify what supports you’re eligible for, how your funding can be used, and which services might be most useful based on your goals.

We know that not every provider experience is a good one, and it can make reaching out to someone new feel stressful. At Dynamite Care, we take the time to listen to your story and understand what went wrong in the past. 

We don’t rush the process or make assumptions. Our focus is on building trust and creating a more positive experience from the start. You’ll have the chance to tell us what worked, what didn’t, and what you need moving forward.

We aim to make the process smooth and responsive from the moment you get in touch. Once we’ve had an initial chat to understand what you’re looking for, we can begin working out a plan that suits your needs. 

In some cases, support can start within days, especially if you already have an active plan and know what you need. If things are a bit more complex or you’re still figuring out your supports, we’ll guide you through the process and keep you in the loop the entire time. 

We won’t leave you wondering what’s happening or chasing for updates. We’ll keep things clear and moving.

That’s completely normal and we expect it. Life changes, and so can the kind of support you need. At Dynamite Care, we build flexibility into everything we do. Whether it’s adjusting the type of support, changing the schedule, or adding something new to your plan, we’ll work with you to make those changes smoothly. 

We check in regularly to see how things are going and make sure your support still feels right. Your support should grow and adapt with you, and we make sure it does.

Yes, our team includes support workers with relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Disability and Aged Care, a Diploma in Early Childhood, and training in manual handling, first aid, CPR, and medication support. 

We make sure every team member is properly trained and prepared to deliver safe, respectful, and effective care. Beyond qualifications, we also focus on experience and attitude. We look for people who are reliable, caring, and genuinely committed to building positive, consistent relationships with the individuals they support.
